• Overall satisfaction with SSL Response time to queries;

• and when asked 'Would they recommend SSL to a friend or colleague?' all responded positively.

Our Inventory Accuracy for Q4 (2010) continues to remain high at 99%

On time delivery for Q4 is also 99%

Good news for 2011

2011 will be another challenging year

• We will continue to work with our existing customers on new initiatives and opportunities
• At the same time we plan to add several new customers
• As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services we are now working on several new process improvements.

• In Q1 2011 we have successfully attained the 'Known Consignor certification'

• In tandem with this, projects currently in 'work in progress' include EDI updating and the implementation of a barcoding process.

These additions will undoubtedly further enhance our offering.

Updates on Flexibiz

Over the past 12 months we are working on new initiatives particularily in the U.S. marketplace.

• In Q4 2010 we visited 15 potential customers in the West coast of the U.S.
• We will continue this process for Q1 2011 and expect an inward visit from one or two of these contacts in Q1 of 2011
